Garde Asset Management Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“Garde Asset Management”), Garde RF & Previdência Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“Garde RF & Previdência”) and Garde Equity Gestão de Recursos Ltda (“Garde Equity”, together with Garde Asset Management and Garde RF & Previdência, “Garde”) carry out solely and exclusively the distribution of quotas of Investment Funds for which they are, respectively, responsible for the portfolio management (“Funds”), pursuant to CVM Resolution nº 21, of February 21, 2021, therefore not distributing any other financial asset.
