Garde Asset Management Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“Garde Asset Management”), Garde RF & Previdência Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“Garde RF & Previdência”) and Garde Equity Gestão de Recursos Ltda (“Garde Equity”, together with Garde Asset Management and Garde RF & Previdência, “Garde”) carry out solely and exclusively the distribution of quotas of Investment Funds for which they are, respectively, responsible for the portfolio management (“Funds”), pursuant to CVM Resolution nº 21, of February 21, 2021, therefore not distributing any other financial asset.

Information regarding time, maximum and minimum amounts of investment and movement, grace period, conversion and settlement for transactions, administration and performance fees, entrance and exit conditions applicable to the Funds, tax treatment pursued, investment objectives, use of derivatives , acquisition of financial assets traded abroad, concentration of few issuers of variable income assets, main risk factors, among other information that may be acquired in specific documents, such as bylaws, essential information sheet, and summary table referring to the general characteristics of the Funds available in tab “Funds”
